Pendry Natirar – Ninety Acres

Conversion / Restoration of the former Carriage House on the Pendry Natirar Estate in Peapack-Gladstone to the new Ninety Acres Restaurant. This restaurant is the first phase in the redevelopment of the site to include a Spa, Mansion Renovation/Expansion and Function Center. Scope included new Primary 15KV Service for Campus and all Construction for Restaurant facility.
